If I leave my current law firm and go in-house, I understand that the firm would not continue paying for my PLI account. But do I still have access to the programs I have subscribed/purchased before the access expiration date? Or I would not be able to log in to the account set up by the firm email at all?

Hi ladies!
I’m interviewing next week for a Sr Account Manager role @ a digital mkt agency.
The interviewer asked me to send in my salary expectation before we talk. This is a little bit challenging to me. Talk numbers.
The position ask for at least 4 years experience. I have 6.
I want to ask for a fair amount because I do think I can bring much value to the company.
Also don’t want to compromise just because I’m out of work at the moment. Do you guys have a suggestion ? TIA!!!

I feel like people don’t take me seriously at my job given that I have a junior title. Half my job consists of chasing after people and no one bothers to answer my emails or follow up. Usually the requests I have come from my boss or for big projects we’d be working on. Thankfully, my boss helps me out & emails the people I need when I tell her no one responds but they’ll answer her in 2 mins or less when she sends it. Though I’m happy she’s helping, it’s such a pain in the ass to wait around.

Does anyone have recommendations for classes or trainings that helped you gain greater expertise in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly sophisticated SaaS agreements? Would love some recommendations so that I can brush up in these areas and feel less like an imposter.

No word yet on whether I made it to the next round. Would gladly accept either position, but not sure how it would look if I apply for the second position while still being considered for the first. I’m currently at a medium sized tech startup. I was interviewing for a role that would be a bump in pay and title at a multinational public F50 company. At first, the hiring manager and head of legal were very complementary about my experience. Almost too much so. After a week of interviews with the team (softball-esq), I was informed that if I wanted to join, they would bring me on at a lower title. I’m not sure about comp yet. But if comp is still an increase + experience at a public..
