If I move all of my retirement funds from one target fund to another (later date), are there any downsides I should be aware of? I know it's not the most exciting, but I want to set it and forget it.

This is the kind of thinking that gets me all excited!

All you’re doing to keeping your stock exposure to a higher level.

Move it to the date closest to your retirement date goal and go about and enjoy your life!

It says it'll adjust my entire current balance, so I wasn't sure if that would mean a massive sell-off and any implications of that.

There are no tax implications, but possible fees, as mentioned, and some funds may only allow a certain amount of changes per month/year

Thanks on the fees. Hopefully it states that, but I haven't seen anything for as far as I've gotten in the process.

Does it make sense to jump from Strategy& to either LEK or ZS, if the ultimate goal is to end up in industry (Big Pharma)? Asked another way, does either LEK, or ZS boost exit opps into Big Pharma, more so than Strategy&, if already working on Life Sciences engagements while at Strategy&? Do folks hiring in industry even know the differences between these firms to justify hopping from one to the other for an industry exit?

2. How long (time) will it take to get an offer?
TIA :)

Is anyone familiar with filial responsibility laws?
