My current Fixed is 12.50LPA + 10% variable.
My manager and I feel I'm highly underpaid but cannot do anything about it due to the merger.

Folks, i have seen many senior employees with 12+ YOE say that after this much of experience the opportunities are very less in the market. It gets narrowed down.

I have resigned TCS after getting offer in another tech company with 110% hike. The new company is requesting whether a buy out option can be availed and they are ready to sponsor the buy out.
TCS side Manager and Project lead are saying that as per policy it’s not possible.

Any suggestions to negotiate a buy out by serving 60 days instead of 90 possible ?
