Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Of course! The “signing” of the offer letter is just basically the same as a letter of intent for college. You’re saying you want to go, and are agreeing that the pay on the offer letter is what you’re going to be making.
Not contractually obligating whatsoever

You'd probably burn a bridge. But beyond that there aren't gonna be any consequences
Happens a lot, especially right now. Companies are pushing offers faster in order to beat out other companies. We’ve had 2 people recently accept an offer and rescind the acceptance days before they start because they were in the hiring process somewhere else and likely used our offer as leverage. 🤷♂️ Good for them. Sucks for us. There are more people in the queue, so don’t feel too bad.
If you haven't started with them yet, it's fine. Do what is best for you.
Why yes, so long as you do your part in communicating the matter so they'll be able to manage things on their end as well.
Absolutely, if you haven't signed a contract. If you got a bonus, you'll have to pay it back
Yep. As long as they haven't paid you anything bonus or otherwise I don't see why not. They may not take kindly to it but these things happen, and an offer letter isn't legally binding in any way shape or form.
Chief
Yes. And, so can they. An offer letter is an "intension" to hire you and for you to work there, it is not a contract. (If it is a contract, that is something different.)
Be aware that accepting an offer and then changing you mind will likely mean you've burned a bridge with that company. But, there are no other real consequences.
Yes, unfortunately I just had to do it after receiving an unexpected competing offer. Wasn’t easy to burn that bridge but it’s my career in the end. Just be direct and apologetic. And respectful by quickly ripping off the band aid - they’re people too.
