I’ve bought solid companies at a low basis and have watched them grow (+30% minimum)...but also would like enter new opportunities that also have large rooms for growth.

So my 22 year old little brother starts his engineering job straight out of college with a base salary of $135k plus $25k worth of annual equity and automatic cell phone and fitness credits.
