Anyone here start out in PA and leave to go to law school and come back? I’ve been contemplating leaving and going to law school for years. I have 3 years of advisory experience primarily in financial services/ tech implementation/ and restructuring. Bs Accounting with a 3.2 gpa MBA with a 3.89gpa. 2Y MBA here will be joining McKinsey next year after graduation. I just got an email from McKinsey HR saying my background and social media checks are cleared. However, it is also mentioned in the email that aside from the MBA degree verification after my graduation, “a reinvestigation may also be required If your initial background screening has cleared more than 60 days prior to your start date.” Do they really do background checks again? It takes a long time lol.
