I find it really hard to make friends and often feel I’m the friend that’s part of the group but that no one really cares for. People tend to shy away from hanging out with me unless it’s with the group and I feel it’s created a little bit of anxiety for me. This is across the board, so not one particular group, but I’m not sure what it is about me that I could/should change or at least be mindful of. I want to be myself but apparently myself isn’t good enough? Hah
