[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

No client will ever be threatened by you, if anything they will laugh at you for dressing like you’re attending a funeral
Is it a black... bow tie?
Don't dress up more than your case/study/project sponsor.
Pls add Shirt so that it doesn’t look overly fashionable
Black necktie/bow tie = evening formalwear.
It would be out of place in an office/business setting. Look at what F100 CEOs wear for TV interviews, high level political figures wear for formal presentations, GQ models wear when dressed in a suit. You won’t see a black tie.
🙄
Dress inline with your coworkers or like your client. I remember one time I had to change and dress different for my first meeting at a new client because people on previous projects were asked to dress more like the client.
Probably. I don’t think good idea to out dress the client. They have fragile egos.
You don’t want to be underdressed. May I suggest tails?
lol
Prob
I don’t think anyone cares that much. And men never notice what the other dudes are wearing. Unless you’re wearing something that makes you really stand out for no apparent reason. Don’t wear a bow tie to the event. Or something overly different from the rest of the group. Why do you want to do that? Unless you want to stand out as the well dressed guy? Or the person that didn’t have a clue? Take the tie with you and dress it up or tone it down after you take a look at the room.
Agreed.
