If I were to give 1 month notice on September 1 (30 days before bonus payout), are they able to make me leave before September 30 so I don’t collect my bonus?

An executive of a major Telecom company approached me with an exciting opportunity. All details have been finalized for them to provide me an official offer other than the final compensation. The executive had asked me to provide a salary range that I was looking for which I did, but now wants me to provide my W2 from previous years of employment along with a breakout of this year’s compensation. Not sure how to proceed with this request. Any tips or insights would be highly appreciated.

Has anyone else noticed a salary stagnation especially in the more mid-senior levels? I have been getting a lot of pushback and recruiters saying my asking price is out of the range for the position - when it's the logical 20%+ I would want for starting a new position. Anyone else seeing this?

Hey! I got an offer today from R@kuten for Sr Business Analyst of CAD $110K+15% annual bonus. Verbally in conversation with recruiter I had asked for CAD 115+10% annual bonus. I was initially offered $110k+10% annual bonus.
