If I’m applying for new jobs less than a month after starting one (role dramatically different than represented in interview process) should I be leaving current job section of applications blank? I didn’t put it on my resume because I haven’t done anything yet, but will be open in interviews if asked and also have the current job on social media.

I am expecting an offer going from client coordinator to clinical qa manager. I am struggling to find a market value for this position. This is on Long Island. When looking up qa manager positions I am coming up with 125k-160k, but this would be my first management role and I only make 50k currently. I have no idea what to expect them to offer me and what I should go back with. My company does work for insurance companies. I know it's vague, but hoping for some insight. Thanks!

On 25th September I have completed my PDM discussion with IBM and HR told me I was selected and they will be releasing offer soon. After that I tried to contact HR, occasionally they will answer my call and telling that it is in process or HR is on leave. I sent many emails but didn’t get any reply. I am interested to join IBM. I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. Hi folks I recently switched and my package is 13 LPA but as the role was not aligning with my goals so I switched again within 2 months. Now when I got interviewed for this new org(which is a unicorn). At starting they agreed on min 20% hike + 1lpa as a Joining Bonus. But while giving the offer they gave the same amount of 13lpa. Do you guys think it's fair of starting the interviews with something and then lowball the candidate? My interviews went pretty well

Moving to a job for a manager/controller role for a smaller company. Past coworkers put in a good word for me and basically hyped me up to their boss. I was confident about what i can deliver but now nervous about not living up to expectations! Role is probably at least 2 levels higher from senior and will be getting paid a good base considering my YOE.

The recruiter and I had a great relationship, she said she has a different role for me in mind and would give me a call when it opens up and told me I can reach out in a month or two. I've grown tired of the agency world and want to move over towards client side/marketing in house. I've only had recruiters from either agencies or staffing agencies reach out to me on Linkedin for roles I'm trying to move away from. Any tips on how to pivot out of the agency world into the client side? Should I need to update my LinkedIn to be more specific for client roles?
