If I’m following up on the decision of a B4 interview with two interviewers, do I send an email to both of them or separate emails? Or do I email the recruiter?

How should one answer the question for: “Why do you want to work here?” and “You have been in your role for about a year. Why are you looking to leave your current position and why our company?” Context: I am interviewing for a large financial firm but have been in govt for my entire career. This role would be a data/project management role. Any help is appreciated!! TIA!

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Finally found a provider who listens and is helping me get ADHD controlled. Also diagnosed me w/anxiety. Treating w/Adderall and Wellbutrin, but she's telehealth so can't prescribe anymore. Was transfering Rx to my PCP under her guidance but my BP was high at my yearly (was a particularly stressful day at work, BP was normal the last 3 years). PCP won't coordinate care until I see a cardio. Anxious something will be wrong and I can't be treated for ADHD anymore 😩 anyone else here w/high BP?
