Citi - SVP Salary Expectations for Tech / Controls
Looking at some SVP roles for technology / controls in the Southwest region. Glassdoor indicates $185-240k as range base comp, and target of $185-205k for average base. Is that accurate?
Glassdoor also targets $40k for variable comp. average. Is that accurate?

Literally just write “Filler” for the required hours to meet 7.5 in a day
Go the gym, take care of any neglected self-care, regret nothing.

At one firm I worked at, the code for that was "GX" which filled in "office general." At another firm, we were told to fill with "Attention to professional reading."
I'd add, if you are ever thinking of leaving, that's a great day to harvest contacts, precedents, checklists and library passwords for personal files, and to watch practice-area adjacent CLEs to round out your knowledge. (Shhhh!)
I just take the rest of the day off. Why do you need filler time?

We’re required to enter 8 hours every day, billable or not. There’s an auto time tracker that dings you if you’re late or don’t have enough hours, and if that happens too many times, they start docking your pay.

On the rare day it happens, I do extra CLEs, some “professional reading,” or admin tasks. Usually admin tasks. There are so many case/project management tasks that I’m behind on, I could fill a few days just trying to catch up. They don’t necessarily need to be done, just make my life easier.
I enjoy the down time and write in “professional reading.” We have to input 7 hours a day but everyone knows professional reading means you’re not really working...esp in PE desk work where you pull several 14 plus hour days and weekends and then get a random slow Wednesday. No way in hell am I doing CLEd or whatever on that day, I’m responsive but relaxing
Deal work* not desk work. Though also obv at a desk lol
I write “Performed administrative tasks.”
“Manage work flow.” Lol...
