Hey guys. I have a soon to be nonprofit church struggling because they already started services (collecting offerings too against my advice) before things were set with an EIN and they gave an event already planned out and are trying to find a way to spend and collect before the things are in order. They want to know if one of their small business owners can expense and collect then consider it a donation. Is this possible? Any advice or loopholes that are Legal and will avoid issues later on?

Just started at the firm and was on a team (just for the training period) where we had a to present to senior leaders within the firm. Despite aligning on speaking roles ahead of time, a male colleague consistently spoke up after every speaker (to add additional points) - the points were fine but felt a bit disrespectful to the speaker in my opinion. Meetings are also a way to strengthen your relationship with others and as the white male with a loud voice add-on it truly felt like (see comment)

Hi fishes, Need one advice. My brother is Economics graduate. During lockdown due to covid, since both of us were at home, I taught him Salesforce, just for fun. Now he has grown to have an interest in the technology and wants to pursue a career on Salesforce. But all job posting I see, always ask for BTech, MTech and such degrees to apply for openings. Any company out there willing to take a Economics graduate based on knowledge only? Any other courses in INDIA, that may facilitate this?
