If my company has initiated PERM application (currently in prevailing wage step), are there any restrictions of moving cities/offices? Or do I need to wait till the perm approval is received?

I would wait till the PERM is approved. The wage determination is based on location too...

Don’t think either of the first two steps requires you to be at the location. Green card process is for future job. Check with an immigration lawyer

Adjustment of status/green card filing

If you move to a new office they might need to redo the perm.. talk with the attorneys

Your location change will affect the Perm. Change after it’s done as EY1 said

Leaving consulting, is it worth to keep my amex platinum card and Marriott credit card?

Cancelled flights, 2-city week, major deliverable due, and MBA final exams this weekend. Anyone else ready for next week?

When you realize half this job is swatting sh.. out of the way so you can focus on the stuff that actually moves the needle for the client.

How much does everyone have saved up at around the age of 26 and what is your salary?

How long did it take you to go from Manager to Senior Manager?

@Deloitte, Currently doing data analytics in assurance. Looking at a Deloitte analytics role in AERS/advisory. What does an associate do; involve advanced analytics or just mainly data management?

Twisted shit: what if people posted mini-case interview prompts as posts here?

Being the only girl on the team and being told "you can't come to the client dinner because we are establishing strategic relationships". The guys are all going, of course. 😡😤 So. Unvalued.

Having bounced from industry to consulting a couple of times, I’m thinking that consultants are less likely to go launch a startup, which is surprising given that we are a smart ambitious bunch. True?

All I’ve even been doing for last 6 years is implementing SAP Ariba (cloud based procurement software). Would I have a chance of mixing it up and moving to MBB even in a junior role? (London or Australia based)

Advice- I am new to consulting/Accenture from industry, I have been asked to charge 40/45 hrs a week but I get all my work done in less than 20 hrs. As a Christian I charged the exact hours worked which is 18hrs but my SM is not happy with that. What am I supposed to do? Any one ever have this issue of finishing tasks in less time?

Fuck Deloitte. Not only is our employer 401k match 1.5% but it takes 4years to vest. I'm so done with the nickel and dime-ing. Getting promoted and running.
