If my director said I would be rated a 1 as a 2nd year, does that mean I should expect a promotion to senior come May? Not sure if you can be rated a 1 and not promoted.

You can be rated 1 and not promoted.

Make sure they put you "up for promotion". Probably different process in each group - my group asked the coaches complete a form for each of their coachees. One of the questions asks whether the coachee is up for promotion and the reason.

No

Just adding, you can be 1 rated and not promoted.

You can definitely be a 1 and not promoted.

Also, your director doesn't know how you will be rated yet. CRT hasn't happened n shit can change.

Yes you can be a one and not promoted. In my experience to be early promoted to senior you need to be asking for it. If you don't show you want it you won't get it. Obviously you also have to be a super star.

Currently an OCM Associate with 2.5 YOE in consulting & 1 YOE experience in sales and going up for promotion to SA in May/June. Received a Senior Consultant offer from Cognizant that puts TC about 35-40% higher than current TC. Has anyone worked in the OCM practice at Cognizant / have any thoughts about growth, current TC vs offer, etc?

Perspective: monogamy is anti-human nature; in this era where each parent could raise a kid independently, marriage tends to be a shackle on many aspects of life. We live once, why does society expect us to live with 1 person for 60+ years? No wonder divorce rates are through the roof!
