I received an amount yesterday from my last organization TCS which is almost half of the actual amount I calculated, I am eligible for gratuity also as I server 5.5 yrs, so any guesses when I am gonna get the rest of the amount, I am not even sure that this amount is leave encashment including some last days salary or not.
