Can someone recommend the top consulting firms to look at for HCLS opportunities? Preferably firms with a dedicated BU in HCLS focused on advising as well as project based work. I am currently in discussions with Huron. I have looked at Oliver Wyman (appears to be heavy on payor and Rev Cycle), Deloitte McKinsey & Company and Capgemini I’ve reached out to McKinsey but didn’t receive a reply. Any direction/advice and referrals would be greatly appreciated!

The only point in staying is if you’ll be doing something that will add significantly to your resume and/or give you significant exposure - you’ll be in an industry you may want to exit to, you’ll pull off a big implementation or achievement, etc.

Do you have a choice?
Asking to be rolled off will look like you’re running from the problem. I would recommend meeting with those leaders to draft a plan to accomplish the goals they want you to achieve in order to gain their support. Then when you get to your next project make sure the new leadership understands the history. Then you’ll have 2 camps supporting you next go around.
I think the mistake a lot of people make in consulting is thinking they don’t have a choice. You really have to own your career and put yourself in the best situation to succeed. If you aren’t happy in your current position you are going to end up leaving consulting anyways so why waste the time. Find a better project if none of them work out then find a different company.
