If requests of H1B transfers within short time would impact my second time approval? I got an internal transfer but I want to change the company.

Currently a senior, working hard to promote Manager in a year/two. Firm wants to submit PERM with EB3 senior position and said no promotion should be taken until getting I140. Only less than 2yrs left on H1B. Getting 140 can take very long and don’t want to delay career progress. Is this even right, why cannot file PERM for a future position? What can I do now? Pls advice!

How is the TN Visa application process? Flying for the first time for work on Monday but need to apply for a TN that morning. How long does it take and how hard are you grilled? Anyone been declined before?

Deloitte onboarding E-mail says , it background verification is not complete by target start date , they can postpone the date last minute.
I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
I emailed BIONBoarding but no response.
