I joined a SaaS company 6 months ago, but after my 2nd month, I started to work 10 extra hours per week (no extra $), and I was feeling truly miserable and burned out. I even considered $uicid€ (I'm fine now).

I never worked for less than 3y for the same company. How would be a"nice" way to tell my boss that I'm quitting? Should I prepare him?

One of the partners at the firm asked me if I can move my marriage (already planned and shared dates 3months back) to next year as there is lot of work to be done for the client. I am always grateful, as for everything I have learnt in consulting is at this company. But asking me to reconsider one of the most important events in my personal life against a project. Is that right? How do you care for your work and employer anymore after this?

So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?

Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?

Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?

Any inputs on this will really help :)

Hi, My exp is 5 years now and I gave interview with accenture at 4.9 years of exp.
Accenture offered me 13.24 fixed+21% variable pay= 16L CTC+ 3.3L joining bonus.
TCS offered me 16L CTC ( Including 50k RI) + 2.5 joining bonus.
