Problem is he's burnt out and wants a decent job working 40-45 hours a week and can focus on his true passion (mma fighting). Can anyone recommend a job/firm he should look at? I’m leaving a Manager role to take a Director one. They are finalizing the formal offer letter now. I want to leave my current team on good terms, not drop the ball on projects I’m leaving.
