If someone lets you know the position has been filled at the job you applied for and to check back later, can you ask how you could improve or ask what they are looking for?

I m caught into an situation i have resigned in Accenture.
Than too project people have onboarded me on the project making me to work for notice period.
No hand holding by others in the project.
Literally i m not able to understand the project as this is new technology with no prior experience and no one to guide me, as the person who position inwill be replacing have resigned and not in a mood to transition me.
Even TL says ask teams mates.
WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

Interview questions with a PM?
I'm currently interviewing for senior software engineer and have a couple interviews with PMs (culture fit, etc).
I've had some rocky relationships with PMs.
As a PM, what would you like an engineer to ask you?
As an engineer, what would you ask a PM to understand how the work with engineers, what they prioritize, if they throw engineers under the bus, etc?
I've also had many experiences with great PMs.

Someone less than 1 year of experience earns $69k. I’m also PHR certified and have 5+ years of progressive experience in all functions of HR. Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? Rent and utilities is 3.2k monthly (combined). Car payment + insurance is 420/month. Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. They have no interest to collaborate (and caused others to quit) so looking for solutions that foster a healthy work environment.
