Did anyone exit from consulting to sales positions at Google or Microsoft? I am looking to pivot into sales and having a bit of a hard time getting interviews. Any tips or if anyone is willing to private message it would be appreciated. I have 3 YOE and 2 are in consulting if that’s helpful. Thanks!
So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

I received a Senior Game Developer position at Globant Game Studios and just wanted to know if anyone has any idea about this department. I received Bangalore as the base Location and they told me Pune is having all the team, in future will they ask me to join in Pune? Which I don't want to.

No, if it's just for initial few moments but yes if it persist through out the interview
Not all. I have seen most candid to be nervous at the start of interviews. Its also on interviewer to make them feel comfortable by some light/ small talk.
You need to create some moments that put yourself at ease! Don’t wait for the interviewer to do that for you, because some of them are arseholes and want to see you crash and burn.
Nervousness by itself isn’t even an issue. Remember that you feel your nervous energy way more than anyone else. And the fact that we are doing virtual interviews mean that it is easier to hide behind the camera
Be confident, shake off those nerves, laugh it off (preferably with your interviewer too)
