I am in Deloitte since 4 months. 4.5 yoe with 15 CTC including variable.

Work is ok but I am not liking it. Work pressure also more, but manageable.

The leadership always stands on head with more of administrative work like meetings, updating timesheet etc. Also each and every hour need to work on something or the other. Is it normal? I don't find it a chill workplace at all.

Should I switch (Previously I switched twice)? Let me know if I can at least change the project.

1. Does HSBC provide bonus to those who are serving notice period?. I got an offer yesterday and thinking to put resignation but I have heard if you are serving notice period on March pay day then you will not be entitled for the annual bonus.

2. If suppose your 60 days of notice period is completing on Sunday then what will be the last working day. Will it be next working day I.e. Monday or last working day I.e. Friday?
