That’s not how rates work you know that the fed rate is only relevant to bank industry not the consumer borrower industry and it move like grass growing at the consumer level.
Lol sorry there is this weird misconception hat fed rates correlate to mortgage rates an they absolutely do not if anything it take months and months for rates to move slowly down like a quarter point after 6 months.

Again suckers playing in the Bay Area market with high real estate get ready to be burned when market falls. If there is any correction markets like Bay Area fall the fastest and loose the most. Explain to me why people buy property there ? Stability ? No. So why unless you like unnerving stress but in the bay area.
