If the partner for my group isn’t in the office and doesn’t appear to be online should I give notice to my counselor or HR first?

When I resign, my notice will go to HR first. Then counselor - who is also my partner. And not even sure I’m going to give him the actual letter, or just tell him it’s been sent to HR

How about an email asking for a quick call? Is a mistake to slink off into the night.

You should start with your counselor before hr.

How did everyone here get into sales? Would love to hear your stories!

I was getting out of the military, had no directly transferable work skills, and needed to make a living in an expensive city (San Diego). Started looking at my options and found that I could do menial labor for just above minimum wage OR I could learn to get people to buy things and make this wonderful thing called commission! Took a job in insurance sales and the rest is history! Been in sales for about 15 years now ❤️

I fully understand I need 150 for the license, plus 12 accounting credits which I plan on pursuing after passing the tests. The NASBA site says you need 24 credits in the above but it’s not specific.

Also, I am not sure whether there is headcount in the ITP group. I heard that they are not busy at all, so I wonder whether they need people.
