Take the offer from core and use it get negotiate offer in hand

* I like my current role

Will it benefit it you bringing in the pension for the years you were in USDC?

What position and op are you?

Youre probably going to be at the top of the salary band. The choice is yours

No. They already told you they don't value you. I listen when someone tells me the truth. I rejected a similar counter offer and am happily working through my separation checklist.

I would def do it lmao

USDC cant match an offer thats contingent on going to core. Deloitte the firm could, I guess.

Which vertical?

My boyfriend and I are trying to make plans for Christmas, his birthday & NYE. I decided to stay in town for Christmas instead of travel to my family, so I could spend his birthday & NYE with him. He texted yesterday saying he setup a virtual NYE for us & his friends, & then today said he plans to setup a virtual whiskey tasting & video game night for his birthday with his friends. I feel annoyed he didnt include me in any of his birthday plans and he just decided NYE. Am I wrong to be annoyed?

Understandably, there is a bias towards BTC and ETH. While the alt coins are more risky (Link, Cardano, XLM, Matic, loop, etc.) their price is much more reasonable. Thats why I dont understand why people say I will only buy BTC and ETH. That seems short sighted when you can put at least 10% in alt coins and hit it big if they take off. It doesnt have to be a large allocation yet people are hesitant. This comes from a new crypto investor. Not financial advice.

Partners and future partners, if you made the salary you are currently making annually, and through increasing client fees and gaining efficiencies through technology, nobody worked more than 40 hours a week, would you be ok with that or would you think you are leaving money on the table and would want to get more and increase hours to 45-50? My main question is if we could achieve 40 hour weeks would you be satisfied or will you want to get hours up to what youre used to?
