Earlier they had given some relaxation during 2018 hiring. It was not there but after joining you have to clear it based on your position. You have to achieve competency level. Baseline, advance and mastery. If you achieve mastery then you don't have to give any further assessment during your tenure at Deloitte.

My mom was an adult during the period of time when women couldn’t have their own credit cards without a male co-signer, mostly didn’t own real property on their own, and certainly didn’t complain about things like sexual harassment at work. I vaguely remember those days and probably went through more sexual harassment than now. My question now is, do young women now feel that our rights are precarious? With lot of suvichar i joined X company. Now my dream company (Y) coming up with the update that they are yet to release their offer letter. Ab idhar in X company i have signed the joining bonus letter too. Now the Y company wishes to buyout me with a better offer. X company has sent asset too
