If we file for I130 and I485 concurrently (wife sponsoring GC) along with EAD and AP, and I have a valid H1b as well (until March '23), can I travel outside and return on the basis of H1b?
We plan to get a lawyer shortly to file GC(which should take under a year) and we plan on going to India in March/April, but if I leave during that time, will the AP/EAD get voided? Can I still return on H1B?

Why can I afford to to so? Coz, I am not on stupid H1B, and just became Canadian citizen 2 months before this pandemic started. Seems like all those 7 years of wait ( i used to call it jail term here due to limited opportunities) was totally worth it in terms of stability it brings.

I am a recently naturalized US citizen. I had Global Entry based on my green card and I read that I need to get an appointment to to get my file updated in the GOES/TTP system at an enrollment center. Problem is, I don’t see a way to set up this kind of appointment? Anyone have any experience with this? I saw threads online Pre-COVID where people just walked in but the office closest to me strictly says no to walk-ins.

I have a valid H1b till 2025. Super demotivated at my current job and applied for COS from H1b to H4. At what point can I leave my job. I still have not received any receipt from USCIS.
