Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. Affordable and good quality education. Oh and food
Okay, here's an unpopular opinion. I'd like to see college go back to being optional rather than the being a stigma if you don't have a college degree. There are a lot of jobs for which a college degree doesn't prepare you in the slightest, but we make a college degree required as a screening mechanism. So resources are wasted sending everyone to college and trying to make it affordable. I would much prefer to see us adapt the Swiss apprenticeship model where you continue your education while working at the same time, and the employer provides a lot of the education.

Utopia? AKA heaven on earth? C'mon man. This is like asking miss universe her wish.
The point of this was to come up with a list that describes utopia, and then seeing how to pay for it. I have ideas. I want to hear what we think if we put partisanship aside and put our thinking caps on. K1 not included.
I think we have all of this in America, just need to tweak some things like healthcare, education, and add Gatorade fountains. Maybe better place to start is what would you change about the US?
A tremendous amount of precious resources underneath it and arable land for food.

PwC3, that's a great opinion. It would certainly enable people to move on quicker with their careers, and make hiring easier for businesses. Disqualifying a potential employee based on education requirements isn't always good business practice. There are so many positions where experience is valued, and you're correct that college degrees do not always prepare for certain jobs. I think in the US, we have an idea that going to college proves you to be worthy and employable, because you made it through an institution that was voluntary and shows your character.
Cmon man. Trying to have serious discussion.

Healthcare, education, infrastructure, resources and arable land. Is that the complete list?
I still think Gatorade fountains was a good idea...
