If working out after work (9 to 5), would you recommend eating dinner first and working out later or working out first and eating dinner after?

I personally eat after to get my protein in but if you want to eat before hand I would say at least an hour before you workout so you don’t feel like throwing up if you’re doing heavy sets.

I usually work out 30 mins after I eat dinner. I feel fine but I know some people need longer .

I prefer to eat very little before my after work workout - drink a little protein drink and an applesauce or something like that. Then dinner after the workout. It does make for a later dinner but it helps curb my late night snack cravings too

For me I snack throughout the day 🤭 sometimes I eat a banana and go to workout and then snack on a protein bar after. When I get home, I have my dinner 😂 and then snack on something else after dinner 🤭

Started getting ready for egg retrieval in the next 2 weeks, prep appt and ordering meds Monday. Been prepping with this doctor for 3 months. Just found out today that their lab is out of network and I have to pay out of pocket for the $14k lab fees. I’m devastated but I can’t start over again. Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick? Lol I input 25 yds as a lap but maybe I needed to put 50? Silly little thing but it’ll drive me crazy haha
