Examples: Working remote vs. in office, scheduling important meetings in the morning vs. afternoon, creating more break times to walk around

I’ve been searching for months, have a fairly good idea of what I want to do, and am either getting no responses or rejections halfway through the process. I’d like to take a step back and re-evaluate how I’m going about doing this.

Just received a rejection email from one of my dream companies. The recruiter asked if I have any follow up questions. Besides asking what can I do better in my interview, what else would you ask? I want to make this experience as educational as possible.

I have a lot of flexibility in my role. Generally I work a 40 hour work week. How those hours are distributed varies from week to week, particularly when I have on-call rotations or maintenance work that needs to happen outside of business hours. Being able to work remotely helps a lot with the work-life balance, especially now during the pandemic.
