Guys - i just want to be calm and not anxious and not worried about my career and what other people think of me. If I succeed I succeed if not then it is what it is.

With so many changes around in no time - working on legacy technologies /
some technologies that I am not sure going to help me in future,
no value for the role I was selected for (C3B - working as developer) and reporting to another C3B who joined after me in TCS.

Though I just joined for 6 months, it feels like leaving the organisation

But don't want to miss such a big brand that has Better job security & Better onsite chances

Received an offer with 150k base and 25k bonus. Had a negotiation call where I requested a 10-15% base bump for merit/BATNA reasons. They were receptive.

Follow up call they provided a 13% base increase + an unexpected 41% bonus decrease.

Is this common practice? Any thoughts on countering this? Any specific language you would use?
