Should I go from an SDR in an established member of a competitive market to a TM at a new kid on the block startup. Both companies have very similar products. The company I’m at now is 10 y/o and has a little under 300 employees, the new company has probably 30-50 employees and has been around for a year. What are some things I should be considering before making the jump?

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

A bit nervous about the transition to FAAS from audit (3 years experience). What should I expect in the first few months.

It is almost impossible to get very high salary in industry without coding as an engineer.
I have been a very good student throughout with high marks in science and maths as well as high cgpa in college but when it comes to coding and pressure, I fail miserably

I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

I have the opportunity to move from one firm to another that has much better WLB and reputation but it would require a reduction in TC by about 15%. My current TC is >350k. Is it crazy for me to consider moving for less money for better WLB and long term growth (with the reputation)? Anyone make a similar decision?

Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture.
