Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

Confused if parents want schools to reopen or not?
