I am from Mumbai, and my office is in Pune Hinjewadi.
Till now I was working from home. Now office has mandated hybrid mode, and expecting us to work any 2days per from office every week.
so basically, every week I need one or two days stay in Pune.
Apart from going to Month long PG, which costs for entire month, is there any economical way to reduce the cost of stay, by paying only for the no. of days.

Stalk them a little to see where they do most of their interaction and will be more likely to actually notice your efforts and respond.
I'd try to learn everything I can about him...linkedIn..twitter, etc. Follow him...see if he posted anything relevant. Try to engage with his content if possible. If you learn anything relevant...
You can start your phone call/text/email....referring to the content and/or what you liked or took away from it.
yeah I feel like you gotta be a little stalker-y and try to acknowledge that a little ("sorry I'm messaging out of the blue" etc) - don't go overboard right away and scare them off
Sliding into their DMs (so to speak :P) But seriously, my experience reaching out to people is to engage them on their level, using whatever form their most-used to, whether its any specific professional social media. Finding out their interests is a great icebreaker as well.
This is sales 101! I would try to maybe reach out to other people on the team as well to warm the lead up with some internal discussions!
I think there are several approaches. You can absolutely stalker it up to learn more about them and utilize that to your advantage. Especially if you can use that info to find a mutual friend or acquaintance, because people like to do business people they know like and trust right? If you find out you go to the same gym or coffee shops etc you can start saying hello to them here and there and build rapport etc. You could also just talk to the IT director and ask them if they are the decisionmaker for the software you have to offer and if not who that person is and if you can set up an appointment with them. All of these ideas will depend upon your personality and the person's personality that you're wanting to talk to amongst a few other factors of course. I highly recommend you find out what software they currently have and any holes that might exist within that system that your product can help with. Also you must have solid strategic responses ready for every objection they may throw your way when you do talk to them.
