If you are hiring for an international job, how do you determine the correct job and corporate title for the employee?

I would recommend you use the title used (occupation code) in the country where the individual will be based or focused

like

I think the titles in the US are different than the ones internationally

For what purpose? At my experience American titles are the most inflated ones so you can just use them

like

You can give the person a global role within your current structure, let’s say Business Development Manager, México and a local title that you can discuss with that person directly, like Sales Director, México.

Hello Fishbowlers,

I was laid off at my company a couple of months ago and I could really use some referrals. I work in the Customer Success Space and recently built out the Customer Success Division. Would love a referral for a management role or at least Senior or Principal in the startup space. I've worked in startups for the last 5-6 years. I'm really feeling defeated within the job market. Message me if you have any leads. Thanks in advance!

Hi..
I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Applied for an internal position Jan 12th. Was told I'm leading candidate 2 weeks ago today. Rec'd an email today from the hiring manager stating their business unit is looking at some restructuring and they are pausing any recruitment processes for at least two weeks. No update for me until then and the job role could be eliminated in the restructure.
Closing in on 8 YOE with my company and close to 3 months working towards a new role just to have is retracted possibly
I'm exhausted

Recently moved into Tech Sales. Frustrated with my Salary (32K base/year, negligible bonus potential of a few K). Was making ~3K/week on average in my previous role which was commission only, no base. Feel like I am completely wasting my time and potential. Saw the cut as necessary evil initially in order to move into tech sales and make multi six figure commissions later on with potential to reach 7 figures in total comp. At least my current role is with enterprise accounts which. Thought?

Hey everyone, general question here, Currently a Senior Assurance Associate , looking to make a career move as i’m really over public at this point. I’ve had a few colleagues recommend Consulting, as i had the personality and “mouth” for it. So wanted to begin my endeavor on the bowl to ask has anyone made this career move. What exactly does consulting entail. What field of Consulting have you moved to if the experience fit. Very general question, hoping for past experiences.

I have been requested to specifically develop of satisfaction survey directly related to management/supervisors and how they are perceived by the company. This would not only be new, but completely outside of the timeline we typically use for our surveys. Although I am excited to build it, it also feels odd that I am creating a survey targeted towards finding weaknesses of leadership. Am I thinking too much into it? What are your thoughts?
