I have a generalist background (although I’m primarily a litigator) and was a partner at an Amlaw 100 firm. I’ve had my resume reviewed and keep getting great feedback. Not getting many interviews and when I do, I’m not getting offers despite positive interviews. How do I differentiate myself? Should I get some sort of certification or specialty? I’m an associate at a boutique firm making under market with 1950 hours req. While I absolutely love the people I work with, and I can handle the hour requirement, the work I actually do is just not my cup of tea (abt 80% insurance defense). Any tips for going about successfully making the switch?

My grades are not going to be pretty this term... Ngl it's a bit hard to not be bitter knowing that I can't disguise the clear quantitative tank in my performance while I could disguise it if I were working instead.
