I would, in order to accelerate the hiring process.
Unfortunately EY has shown its true colors and they are doing layoffs under the garb of performance based separations and giving a week notice even for Visa candidates
Maybe save down your reviews and dashboards just in case.
How did they force you to sign something against your will when you have 60 days grace period?

Yes
If you're from EY, how do you justify being laid off due to 'covid' especially since EY has been very vocal about only 'performance based separation' and no layoffs ?? Serious question cuz in the same boat here !
During the interview, I’d mention the lack of transparency of so-called “separation” process, how unstable things have been at the firm since COVID started and the clear intention of management to cut costs where possible, which ended up affecting good performers as well!
Did HR ask you to sign an attestation form that you understand you should depart the US immediately?
HR asked me to sign this immediate departure attestation and told me it’s a standard for H1B separation. As for your question, I’d say Yes. Always disclose about visa status and concern in the initial interview.
@OP, if you are comfortable with them knowing that you have been laid off, do go ahead. I saw mixed responses during my process. I told a few senior leaders rather than all recruiters and interviewers.
