I think so provided your 485 has been pending for over 180 days

Technically, if your 485 has been pending for more than 180 days then an employer cannot revoke that or the underlying 140 (because it would already have been approved for more than 180 days by this time). But you need to be working for the sponsoring employee for at least 6 months, to be safe, after getting gc. In your case, you will have to find an employer who can get a perm and new 140 done within a year of your 485 becoming current (check the time limit with an attorney) to claim the gc under that particular 485.
At least that's my understanding of how 485 works.
