What is FWA utilization hours? Your utilization goal the same as everyone else only you divide your hours by 30. You may have 20 admin hours or 20 learning hour one week and only 10 chargeable. As long as year to date you are on target and similar to your peer group.

Should not need to hit 100% utilization each week which is what you are suggesting.
You need to track your utilization over the course of the year just like everyone else. Some weeks you’ll have more chargeable hours than others. I work 24 hours a week. To meet the OT goal, I know I need to work average about 26-28 hours a week over the course of the year. Additionally, there are some weeks during busy season I may have 40-50 chargeable hours and then off peak only a few. So to your question, no, if your utilization goal is 90% you don’t need to be 90% utilized each week, just like your peers who aren’t part time aren’t consistently meeting that goal each week for the year. I wish I were more surprised that a people consultant couldn’t just answer this off the top of their head......
