Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Safe - no. Possible - yes
MBB-LOA, sure.
Big 4 or a boutique, you might get screwed.
@PwC1: just so you know, the math could be much worse haha. Deloitte has a two year clawback, vesting by year - so if you gave two weeks before the two year mark, and were on the beach, they’d move it up and you’d basically get screwed out of 1/2 your signing bonus.
It’s a dark world out there, folks - OP, def wouldn’t risk it!
Interesting. I guess what I was trying to says was that one needs to confirm terms of the bonus agreement and proceed and negotiate new offer accordingly. Crazy times indeed!
I’d wait to give my notice two weeks before one year mark since your last day will effectively be the end of the 2 week. Also, if you don’t mind paying back 2/52th of your sign on because you negotiated at least that amount with new firm, then go ahead and give your notice now.
Yes, it is called pay in lieu and typically, you get paid your 2 weeks in lieu of completing your notice. But as most things one needs to read the hr policies to confirm.
Nah do it on your one year anniversary. My buddy did that at my last job and it was the best thing ever 😂😂
Individual managers can be petty no matter where you go. I think it’s always better to have the money firmly in my bank account before revealing my plans. I have also had loads of good managers who went to bat for me. But to be safe wait it out.
I’d wait - you could be given an immediate separation date and would then owe part of your bonus back.
Not safe
Nope
I would wait until the obligation is done. No good reason to risk it for 2 weeks. Take 2 weeks of PTO and then resign if you want.
Just wait
I did it. No issues, but had good relationships
