If you aren’t sick of pumpkin yet - my fav fall treat is adding a bit of pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice to my protein shakes. Add ice and blend and it’s like pumpkin pie ice cream! I suffer from gastritis that was likely initially triggered by stress/traumatic event. Nowadays, however, it is particularly triggered by caffeine or (excessive 3+ glasses of wine) alcohol.

I used PPIs for 2-3 months, bad side effects. Hydrosil (antacid) works to an extent, but last weekend had 5-6 glasses of wine and suffered a stomach ache for the last 2-3 days. Gastroscopy 1-2 years ago only showed “mild antral gastritis”…

Any advice for getting rid of gastritis in the long run? 🙏🏻

As someone whose weight tends to fluctuate, I am absolutely ecstatic that I’ve been able to maintain (even lose ~5lbs) during quarantine! Stepped on the scale this morning and had to share my exciting news 🤗
