I gone through that situation but after 1 week of my lwd with in a week I received 5 offers from diff organisations
What did you do different to get more visible and those offers ? Care to share ?
I haven't gone through this situation. Hypothetically speaking, It will definitely affect my self esteem since everyone in this community posts about high paying packages , that too multiple offers from MNCs.
Though it is intimidating, i will take this as a challenge and try to find my weakness and work on those. Try to landup on a decent job at least.
I had this fear when I resigned without any offer in hand. So I did save my salary even when I was thinking of resigning. After certain savings, i dropped my resignation. It gave me hope that even if i didn't get any job. I can survive for like 6 months.

You will not face anything till 3 months. Afterwords they will ask you about gap.
Yes completed notice period and within a week got offer.
Bhai market kharab hai, risk lene ka time nhi hai. If you don't have any offer in hand even on your last working day, then take your resignation back
Nobody can force you to leave early. I have completed my notice period in EY India. I was asked to leave early but I simply said no.
Btw which company it is?

Start attending interviews telling that you are currently in notice period. Once you get offer, resign from your current company.
For your 2nd question, after your notice period you won't get much calls and you need to tell a reason to HR about the gap. They feel candidates holding offer letter as talented guys as they were able to crack other interviews.
