If you get a very uncompetitive offer from a company and you counter, and they decline every element of your counteroffer what does it say about the company in your opinion? Would you still take the opportunity?

I would never take a very uncompetitive offer unless I was desperate.

That said, are there any external factors that could be causing them to set their compensation “lower”? Are they a lifestyle company, or highly desired workplace? Are you pulling your comp comparisons from a different location or industry?

If they’re lowballing you and you’re confident in your salary range, kindly say thanks but no thanks and move on. You don’t have to burn a bridge, but you don’t need to accept less than you’re worth either.

Hey everyone!
I'd love to get your feedback on our subscription marketing service.

My partner and I created a cost-effective subscription so small / medium-sized businesses could focus more running their business and strategies without the need to hire in-house, manage multiple freelancers, or fight with agencies.

We do this with a proprietary Workspace so marketing managers can delegate projects, connect with our team, and download completed work / files.

What are your initial thoughts?

Hey all! Heading into my 4th interview at a global SaaS company this week. I have a year of product marketing experience at a startup (I'm owning all PM efforts for a massive product), and the role I applied for asked for 3-5 years of experience.

Any tips on how I can prep for these interviews? They're with a few Sr. Product Marketing Managers on the team. I've already done an HR screening, call with the hiring manager, and deeper dive with another Sr. PMM.

Any advice is appreciated!
