Nice of them to let u know now. Be proactive about changing it and you should be fine. Better than not telling you and say no promo. Show that you can turn the ship... I’ve promoted many bc of that (and held people at their position bc they refuse to address development points)
Everyone should be getting development points on every review, so that’s not an issue. On the partially at level piece, I would talk with the person who gave you that rating to make sure you know exactly what you need to do to bring that dimension up. Then I would check in with whoever you mainly report to on your engagement(s) every few weeks in the next few months before round tables to make sure they’re aware that you’re working on this and to see whether they think you’re improving/what else you need to do.
