I currently have the Chase sapphire preferred and Hyatt credit cards. I mainly use the Hyatt just for its perks when I stay there and transfer my chase points to Hyatt since that is the hotel I am loyal to. I work in a lean team. When it’s me + NSP + a senior partner on the deal, the senior partner refuses to speak to me directly and my work would go up the chain of command. The NSP + senior partner would discuss the rationale for certain positions in the key docs w/o explaining to me or speak to clients directly w/o me, and I’d be asked to send out the revised draft to the opp counsel. When I get calls from opp counsel on tougher points in the drafts, I’m not really able to answer. Is this normal?
