If you had $1000 to invest into one stock rn, where would you invest and why?

Bought some ETH a few weeks ago that I plan to basically hold for a few years. I see on Coinbase I can stake my ETH for ETH2 which will be locked in until ETH2 launches, but I get 3.7% APR. is there any downside in this that I’m missing?

I work at a 40 person company and about 35 went to the same very highly regarded school. 5 of us (including me) went to an easier school but 2nd in the state. The majority likes to make fun of us, like a 45 year old dude still making college hate jokes.
