What is the best way to work with new Account Managers that have never worked with PMs? The Acct department is fairly new at my company and PMs have ran most accounts but this company is growing but the PM department isn’t. All the new accounts and clients are being staffed with Acct Managers and PMs are not getting opportunities. Is there a future for PMs at this company when they are being contained to 1 client?

Junior associate in a big firm, slowly transitioning to a mid level role. In these slow times, wondering about client development. I know no one is expecting to bring in clients during this pandemic, but any general advice for how young associates can get an impressive and effective head start on business development that could actually lead to new clients? What do firms and clients actually care about (networking in and out of your firm, certifications, speaking engagements, etc)?

3 Months back I switched to Infosys as a react developer. The project i am tagged to started from scratch and there is a lot to learn. However parallelly I am also studying DSA and System design since last 6 months. But now I am not able to give enough time to DSA because of this project. Will it be a wise idea to resign and take a break of 3 months to cover up all the DSA and System design to aim for a product based company?

Collecting data on a potential entrepreneurship idea for a marketing CRM of sorts. What I have found is that most ppl in marketing do not have a specific tool that they use in order to coordinate and connect with marketing agencies. For ex. I was working on a webinar and needed to work with a few diff agencies to draft up creative and copy assets. Everything was done via email/docs. Would have been nice to have a CRM to organize and bring transparency to coordinate the project. How about you?
