PwC. Much better firm. PwC and D are top then the other two hover at bottom
Depends on the role and group. KPMG Managing Partner > Deloitte Business Analyst
What about Deloitte? They seem to have the most entertaining degenerates based on Single Consultants.

I (likely) wouldn’t really care about the firm in that case. Despite some of the snobbery on this app, to most normal human beings the Big 4 are interchangeable goods if you’re looking at the same role across them.
So, with that key assumption that your offers are for a largely identical role across the firms, I would look at:
- First and foremost, did I seem to have a naturally better rapport with folks at any one firm? This would be the most important factor
- Then, do the Partners in the group seem like decent human beings, or walking dumpster fires? This will tell you what the overall culture will be like
- Finally, is there a significant comp differential between the offers? Unlikely for the same role, but if so you should certainly factor that in
I’m a former PwC manager (left 2 yrs ago) and I have to say that their culture is “better” but they are waaaay behind EY/D in terms of technology, which makes the job... challenging.
I think they went through a “digital transformation” as I was leaving, but old habits die hard. If I had to do it again I’d pick EY.
That’s good to hear!
Manager level at all...
They’re essentially the same, don’t overthink it.
