Working in America was one of the best experiences of my career. Plus, they have beaches and nice weather there.
But the agency has to be worth it. To go there and work at a shit agency wouldn't be worth it for me.
Working in the US, yes. Good career move. Did a lot for me. LA? No. New York/Chicago have much larger opportunities (IMO). UK is also a good option instead of or before/after the US.
